Summary
We collect only the personal data needed to register candidates, run examinations and issue and verify certificates. We never sell personal data.
What we collect
- Candidate details provided by the training institute or the candidate: name, father's name, contact details, national identity number and photograph
- Examination records: attempts, answers and results
- Certificate records: certificate number, course, issue and expiry dates
- Messages sent through our website forms
How we protect it
- Identity numbers are encrypted; only the last four digits are ever shown publicly
- All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS) and staff accounts use two-factor authentication
- Every change to a record is written to an audit log
What the public can see
The verification service shows only what is needed to confirm a certificate: the holder's name and photo, the course, the institute, dates, status and the last four digits of the identity number.

To ask about, correct or remove your data, contact support@verifymycertificate.com. Some records must be kept so that certificates remain verifiable.
